How to create a member in Ideta?

Hello,. To create a member, I always have this message Unable to add a member,. I watched your video Overview of our workspace - YouTube. I put Rdv+e-mail or Rdv/e-mail or Rdv/iD But I can’t create a member? How to solve this case?. See attached file. Thanks. .
