How to automatically send a message after X minutes if the user is not active

Go to Settings > General > Keep Alive > Add an automatic message. . You can choose the message you want the bot to send and decide when it’ll be sent.. If your user stopped in the middle of the conversation and you want to have access to his partial form, you can click on “add a background action” and choose to send an email in which you write the data collected until then (don’t forget to click on “save” when you’re done):. . . .
