How can I change the background image of my chatbot?

To change the design of your web bot, you need to go to the Publish section > Design personalization >. . Then click on the background, it opens the options related to it on the right. You can upload the background image you want.. . In this section, just select any element to change it. You will be able to personalize your whole design.
